For that true walk in the woods feel, Texas Old Town’s Sage venue is located away from all other buildings on our 55-acre property. Set just within our grand entrance, up to 300 of your guests will have convenient access, with a private parking lot just outside of the reception hall. Sage venue is the perfect blend of a larger venue with an intimate feel and ultimate ease of access for all ages.
Like all of our Texas Old Town venues, Sage rental includes our ultimate amenities package, outdoor ceremony site, and indoor reception hall that are exclusively yours for 16 hours.
The Sage Ceremony
If a dreamy, romantic wedding ceremony is what you are after, Sage is surrounded by the peace and tranquility of nature. At Sage, the ceremony site offers a truly private and intimate setting with an abundance of live oak trees and luscious landscaping. Other quaint features include a stone walkway, rustic cedar gazebo, and stone-lined stream, to complete the storybook scene of true rustic elegance. The element of surprise included with this venue is a hidden ceremony entrance for the bride.
The Sage Reception
A favorite among brides, Sage offers a beautifully rustic dance floor and stage where you can celebrate with loved ones after exchanging vows. High ceilings, open beam trusses, red oak floors, tall windows, crystal chandeliers, romantic ceiling draperies, and the dramatic bridal staircase add to the indoor splendor of Sage. Our covered porch and portico allow guests to sit outside under the stars and enjoy Sage’s signature water feature and bridges, as well as the beautiful elegance of the season’s foliage.
The Sage Package
Sage rates range from $2,500 to $6,000, depending on the month and day of the week.
There are no hidden fees, taxes, or service charges at Texas Old Town. The price we quote is the price you pay.
